Amongst the 7 principles of future organizations is the care model. This focus on wave principles and foresight is something that I believe all organizations should be focusing on.
Each 40-60 year cycle of society and business has particular technological advancements and societal changes that occur which can be hard to predict but must always be at the forefront of an executive's mind.
In this current 6th wave we are looking at a run until 2050 communication will be a key to strategic growth for all organizations. Both internally across departments, and globally across borders.
The future of organizations will require a re-thinking of the key competencies that will be needed to sustainably grow a business of the future and will take much more collaboration between businesses, service providers, societies, and their citizens.
