俄罗斯奶油糖霜做法 This Russian buttercream frosting uses sweetened condensed milk instead of powdered sugar. It is great for piping on cup cakes and frosting on sheet cakes.
INGREDIENTS
16 oz or 4 sticks (453 g) butter
14 oz (397 g) sweetened condensed milk (1 regular can)
1 tsp light vanilla essence
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Whip room temperature butter for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Step 2 - Add half of the sweetened condensed milk to the whipped butter and mix for 1 minute.
Step 3 - Add the remaining half of the condensed milk and light vanilla essence. using medium speed, mix until well combined, about 90 seconds.
The finished frosting should be light, creamy, and smooth.
The Russian buttercream frosting is great for piping on cupcakes and frosting on sheet cakes.
