Recipe:
8 eggs
180ml veggie broth/chicken broth (i used kelp broth)
1 carrot
1 scallion
1/2 onion (optional)
1 tsp salt
1) Start by dicing the carrot and the scallion.
2) Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well. Strain them through a sieve. Add salt, carrot, scallion and the broth of your choice and mix well.
3) Put the mixture in a squared container and steam over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.
Steamed eggs for a lazy day.
