## Introduce Avocado in 8 Different ways to 6-18 months baby ##

1. Avocado Puree ( 4+ month baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado - ½ in size
Mothers Milk/ Formula milk/ Boiled water - ¼ cup

2. Avocado Banana Puree (6 month baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado - ½ in size
Banana - ½ in size
Water - ½ cup

3. Avocado Yogurt ( 6+ month baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado Puree - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1 tbsp

4. Avocado Finger food ( 2+ teeth baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado - ½ in size

5. Eggy Guacamole ( 12+ month baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado puree - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Cooking time - 20-30 min

6. Avocado Pancakes ( 1+ year baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado - 1
Banana - 1
Egg - 1

7. Guacamole ( For 14 month baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado - 1 medium size
Onion - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

8. Avocado egg scrambled ( 14+ month baby )
Ingredients :
Avocado puree - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1 ( Organic )
Salt - A pinch
Pepper - A pinch
