Preparation and Ingredients:
- 2 cups Sticky Rice (I use the 3 Ladies brand from Thailand)
- 1 3/4 - 2 cups of water
- Cheese cloth
- Rice Cooker
- Large Bowl

Making sticky rice is very easy with a rice cooker. Making a good sticky rice is the first step to making other dishes. Sticky rice is paired with other dishes like larb salad, grilled honey pork, gai yang or grilled chicken, or mango and and sweet sticky rice with coconut milk.
