This lecture is mainly for the emergency department personnel. These 3 complaints are among the commonest cause of why patient is presented to ED. Often, the differentiation of it is not made clear resulting in wrong management and referral. By knowing few steps and key points in getting the targeted history, these confusion may be avoided.
