No thrills, no frills, just a basic 2 tube 10 meter linear amplifier. Uses 2 6lq6 tubes in grounded grid triode configuration. No 'Turbo charged' tetrode, no preamp, no variable power, no input tuning, no tune cap. Whats good about it is simple design, full wave bridge transformer/high voltage, not that much to go wrong. Easy to work on and does what it was supposed to do. Recapped cleaned up and looks good. Has AM/SSB switch, power switch that doesn't work, so switch is bypassed, and standby/operate switch. Has a variable 'Load cap labeled Ant and no Tune cap. Simple design, simple amp. Does about 75 watts rms standing still with 4 watts in. Keys 50 and swings 100 peak with 2 watts in which is the way I would drive it, or less.
