At the 2019 Oxford National Conference in Italy, Donna Fields PhD introduced phenomenon-based learning to audiences across ten venues from Turin to Palermo. During her talk, she introduced attendees to this, innovative methodology, one which has attracted the attention of the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR) for its potential for better learning outcomes.
