This weird creepy Veg is actually an amazing vegetable which people need to learn to cook with.
slightly more watery than potato but the flavour is a cross between potato, celery with a nutty taste. Its really lovely and a great less carb option. It also counts as one of your 5 a day so get trying it.
Just remember the golden rules for meal and food preps:-
1, Cut the outside off like a potato
2, Cut in to small pieces
3, Cook for 20 minutes
4, mash or blend for smoothness
5, add butter an mayo or keep plain
