The Baltimore mother of a 14-year-old assault suspect opens up about her son's trouble with the law. She says last week's assault in Butcher's Hill has her frustrated with her son's actions and the criminal justice system.
The woman says her son has been spiraling out of control since her husband, the boy's stepfather, was murdered two years ago.
She's a mother who says she cannot control her 14-year-old son, a boy who simply does not listen to her...impossible to discipline.
