This is how I finally got the Death From Above achievement in Battlefield V. It is easier for me to do this on Iwo and Pacific Storm than the rest of the game. After the pacific update I found it easy to get the manned turret kills because there are so many on the Japanese spawn. Hopefully this helps someone attempting to get the achievement without boosting/ no one to boost with.

Tips: Obviously its easier to do this when the turret isn't looking at you.
I tried to boost with a friend but no progress was ever made in the achievement tracker.
American plans are a little slower if you do not upgrade them.
