Garlic Ice Cream Ingredients:
3-4 small teeth of garlic. (Chop to a fine
mince of garlic)
2 cups of whole milk
3 cups of heavy cream
2 ½ tablespoons of vanilla extract
8 egg yolks
1 can of condensed milk (300 gr)
Garlic ice cream preparation
Step 1:
In a medium sized bowl put the 8 egg yolks and
add to it 1 cup of heavy cream. Set aside for now
In a medium saucepan put 2 cups of whole milk,
and minced garlic and the 2 1/2 tablespoons of
vanilla extract. Over medium heat in while
stirring constantly bring to a boil. Once it boils
remove from heat. Allow this mixture to cool
down until warm.
Step 2:
Once again pour the entire contents into a
medium saucepan. This time with low heat and
while stirring constantly heat again almost to a
slow boil. (Do not boil this mixture.) The process
should take about 10 to 12 minutes. You will
know that this is properly done when the mixture
gives the stirring spoon a thick coating of the
mixture. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Return the mixture to a bowl and then place in
the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3:
In a medium-sized mixing second bowl put 2 cups
of heavy cream and add 1 can of condensed milk
(300 gr). Then get the garlic mixture from the
refrigerator and put into the bowl. Using a whisk
either by hand or using a hand mixer, blend until
the entire mixture until it is smooth. At this point
your garlic ice cream mixture is ready. You can
pour into popsicle ice cream molds, ice cream
cones or into some sort of plastic container.
Place in freezer for at least 3 hours, thereafter,
enjoy!

Optional:
Once poured into the popsicle sticks, you can
add chocolate chips (before the sticks of the
plastic into the mold). The chocolate chips
will work themselves to the bottom. You can
then have garlic ice cream with chocolate and
this is very tasty.
