👩🏻‍🍳 GREEN CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

14 corn tortillas
12 oz. shredded Oaxaca cheese

MEAT
1 lb. chicken breast
½ tablespoon chicken bouillon powder (consommé)
3 cups water

SAUCE (BLENDER)
1 lb. tomatillos
2 cloves garlic
½ cup onion
1 jalapeño pepper
1 serrano pepper
1 cup cilantro
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup chicken broth (use from cooked chicken)

SAUCE (STOVETOP)
1 tablespoon oil
Sauce from blender
¼ cup chicken broth (use from cooked chicken)
1 cup Crema Mexicana

Bake at 350F or 177C for 25 minutes
