I have recently added back in a few cloves of garlic and a small amount of chipotle peppers as seasoning/ meat enhancers. I added these in for taste, not for nutrient value.

I am not worried about titles or weather I am considered strict carnivore or just carnivore-ish. I prize this way of eating for it's low carb nature leading to elevated beta hydroxy butyrate levels and for it teaching me that I over emphasized the "need" for plants for years.

I talk about why staying low carb and encouraging BHB production are important to me.
