How to make easy Strawberry & Rose Petal Jam with Black Tea

I’m really into making jams at the moment. I love rose this strawberry rose petal jam on toast, on scones, in porridge, and all of these things pair perfectly with a lovely hot cuppa.

Some fruits, such as strawberries naturally contain high amounts of fruit pectin and so it isn’t necessary to add fruit pectin. I would recommend using fresh lemon juice to help bring all the ingredients together at the end.

INGREDIENTS

3 Tablespoons of Black Tea
500g (3 Cups) of Strawberries
500g (2.5 Cups) of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Dried Rose Petals
1 Teaspoon of Rose Water
Juice from 1 Fresh Lemon
