Our version of the Tom Collins cocktail, made with Tanqueray No. Ten, Tanqueray, a premium gin that offers a distinctive and refined flavour profile.
It is crafted with hand-selected botanicals and fresh citrus fruits, resulting in a gin that is exceptionally smooth and vibrant. This classic sipper showcases the gin's citrus-forward character in a bright and invigorating way. The flavour profile of the cocktail is characterised by a harmonious blend of citrus notes, herbal undertones, and a crisp, clean finish resulting in a refreshing and delightful drinking experience.
Recipe:
1.5 oz. Tanqueray Gin
.5 oz. Simple syrup
1 oz. Lemon juice
Top up soda
Preparation:
Into a highball glass, add the lemon juice, simple syrup and Tanqueray Gin
Fill it up three-quarters of the way with ice
Top up with soda
Churn well
Garnish with a lemon slice
