🇩🇰 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡! 🇩🇰 Things to Do - Fun History - Colourful Buildings - and why Danes are so dang happy!

Havregrynskugler - translating to "oat balls" in English - are a Danish classic. And it's one that every Danish family seemingly has their own twist on...! Find out how we make them in our household in this video.

This is a great gluten free recipe, no bake, and super customisable. Once you learn the fundamental recipe in this video, you can customise with ground nuts, protein powders, or any other little extras you like! It's super easy to replicate and make it your own.

// 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled/fine oats
0.5 cup regular/non-rolled oats
(If you don't have the above, it's fine; the regular oats are used more for texture/aesthetics, so you can just use all fine oats in this recipe - in this case, you'd use 2 cups fine oats)
6 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
70 gr. salted butter, room temperature
A splash of coffee (ca. 20ml? Not a lot)
Dry coconut flakes (ca. 0.5 cups, you don't need a lot)

Instructions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together
2. Add butter and mix well
3. Add in your splash of coffee; mix again
4. Roll the oats into balls
5. Roll into your bowl of dry coconut flakes
6. Put into the fridge for min. 2-3 hours or until the balls have set
7. Enjoy!
