Raw material:
Warm milk in one glass.
Half a glass of sugar.
Some turmeric and salt.
Liquid oil one-third of a glass.
Yeast dough about the size of a small cube or yeast powder of a teaspoon.
Luke warm water for yeast dough.
One egg.
Some flour.
Tip:
Leave the dough torest for an hour and a half to two hours. Heat the bricks with the pot for twenty minutes to twenty-five minutes on a medium flame.
Leave the dough balls to rest for fifteen minutes.
Finally,after placing the dough on the brick put the pot on it for five minutes and serve it after baking the bread.
Heating bricks and baking bread varies according to the flame.
