Ingredients List

Salted Pig tail or fresh pigtail
Water according to pan size (half the pan of water)
1 cup washed lentils
1/2 cup green seasoning
1 yam
1 green plantain (green figs, sweet potatoes or any ground provisions of Choice can be added)
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
Seasoning Peppers or bell peppers
Spring onions
Salt and pepper to taste if using fresh pig tail (omit if using salted pigtail)
All purpose seasoning
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric powder
Dumplings (2 cups flour with pinch of salt and mixed herbs)
Fresh thyme
2 whole scotch bonnet pepper (once kept while the pot won’t be spicy)
1 tsp mixed herbs
