There are a lot of people out there posing to be money lenders, hard money lenders private money lenders, lenders in general and even banks. They promise to give you a big loan on a signature but they require that you pay them an upfront fee. Don't do it! No legitimate lender will ever ask you for a dime up front to get a loan!
