Lately I've been feeling really nostalgic of percy jackson' s books. They're one of my favorite teenager books, and if you haven't read the books just give it a try! It's honestly great to teach things about Ancient Grece and mythology.
Back at the end of book 3 I just fell over again with Thalia/Luke trash. Those two are so bittersweet, it's killing you on the inside. Being from Percy' POV doesn't enable you to really understand the nature of the relationship of these two and I think that's why so many people ship Luke/Thalia (What's their fan-name?). We get to decide from what we know and it just leave most of the time with a giant hurt in your heart because their story was so tragic. I think it's kind of obvious they loved each other even if they weren't probably involved in a romantic relationship. I actually don't think they ever kissed. I'm just picturing stuff like 'holding hands, looking with heart eyes at eachother' haha.
The fact that they never had a proper end , honestly, makes me SO heartbroken. They had SO SO much potential and so many things are still unknown. It just hurts badly. Their story is so tragic, I cannot contain my tears everytime duuuh.
The cast choice is not really surprising haha. Kaya is just Thalia, there's no doubt about that! I'm still not 100% happy with Luke Abel being Luke...Like, I don't picture him this way AT ALL -personality and physics- but still, I guess we don't have a choice. The video focus at 70% on Thalia POV, before she met Luke and long after. I hope you'll managed to understand my scenes choices, I really tried to be faithful to the books and not to invent some wtf scenes. Everyhting in it makes sense and is related to the books in a way, so if you feel asking questions, I'm all open to help clarify :D
