-Upper thoracic region 0:54
-Flexion is limited due to posterior longitudinal ligament and ligamentum flavum
-Extension is limited by spinous process, lamina and capsule
-Lateral flexion and rotation is coupled which occur in same direction
-lateral flexion and rotation is limited by rib cage
-Lower thoracic region 3:28
-facet in saggital plane which increases flexion extension and reduces rotation
-Lateral flexion and rotation is coupled which occur in opposite direction

-ribs covexity increases when thoracic vertebra rotates hence the adaptability of ribs influences the mobility at thoracic spine and also mobility at costo vertebral and costotransverse joint
