Kenyan protests and the highly publicized March to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport took an interesting turn in the morning of July 23rd 2024 when government sponsored motorcycle riders stormed the city's Central Business District and demanded that they have had enough of Gen-Z protests and want peace.

In their hundreds if not thousands, the motorcycle riders stormed the city's CBD stating that they wanted peace, and that they are pro government youth, with some of them who were on their feet holding placards that had all sorts of pro government slogans.

However, their gesture didn't go well or last long, since as they moved, their group was infiltrated with goons who immediately went into a looting spree and phone snatching adventure, and in a matter of minutes, several residents of the city had lost most of their valuables like mobile phones, money and other items as seen here.

This sparked a confrontation between the bodaboda riders and and the anti-government peaceful protestors who demanded to know how much they had been paid to block their protests, or who sponsored their March to the city's CBD, and in a blink of an eye, one of the motorbikes was set up in flames by the angry anti-government protestors.

The riders had earlier in the day been spotted having converged at a Rubis petrol station along Haile Selassie avenue, where they were being fueled.
