In this video, I show you how you can install Hyprland side by side to the new Plasma 6 desktop environment. It's easy with the Hyprland Starter Script that you can download from my GitLab Reporitory.

The Hyprland Starter package is a great starting point for your personal Hyprland experiments. And you can switch between Hyprland and Plasma 6 and back whenever you want with SDDM, the default display manager for Plasma.
In addition, I will show you how you can install an advanced Hyprland configuration with my ML4W dotfiles in the version 2.8.2.

The installation of Plasma 6 is easy with the command:
sudo pacman -S sddm plasma
Additional applications can be installed from the Plasma Software Center.
