DIY replacement of the fuel purge valve. My dad's truck wouldn't turn on every time we put fuel in it. If the engine would manage to turn over, it would cut off immediately. It would be several minutes before the truck would start.
My uncle mentioned that his truck had done the same thing in years past, and replacing the fuel purge valve fixed it. I tried it and sure enough, the truck started after fueling up.
