The Portico of the Harmonious Gods is located on the slopes of the Capitoline Hill, overlooking the forum. Butting up against the "Tabularium" structure, it is across the street (Clivus Capitolinus) from the Temple of Saturn. It possibly dates back to the second century BC. It consists of a portico that bends around a trapezoidal piazza, with a row of rooms behind the colonnade. Last rebuilt in the late fourth century AD, this structure that ostensibly focused on the cult of the standard Greco-Roman pantheon, was one of the last maintained pagan monuments in the Forum area.
