Doubt, worry, panic…all of these are normal, and they’re going to happen. Every day hundreds of people write in wondering how to “quit worrying” or “not have fear any more”. Truth is, you are going to feel these things for the rest of your life. But when worrying becomes your constant state of mind, when fearing for the worst is your default setting, it’s not because you are ‘naturally a worrier’ it’s because you have a HABIT of worrying.
When worry strikes, pay attention to what it’s trying to tell you.
We will always have moments of worry, anxiety, and fear, but it doesn’t have to take over our mind, and it is a waste of your precious time to let it take over your life.
