We follow St. Louis native and former Madison Capitol (USHL) defenseman, Blake Dangos, on an off day prior to his upcoming season at @Arizona State University where he will be am incoming freshman on scholarship to play NCAA D1 Hockey for the @Sun Devils Athletics.
Prior to this past season where Dangos played for the Madison Capitols in the USHL, the lefty defenseman played two seasons for the Janesville Jets in the NAHL, one season for the St. Louis Jr. Blues in the NA3HL, and one season playing U15 AAA Carshield.
Dangos takes us through his morning skate, workout regimen, and to his uncle's building where he works out and gets to play some roller as well.
