Starting to do some pencil on hair with Prismacolor pencils. They can be used for hair, eyebrows and nails as long as you seal them up properly at the end. You can find them here:

My favorite sealer over the pencil is Genesis thinner found here:

This is MY FAVORITE paint thinner for mixing into genesis paints. This thinner is non toxic and does not make me feel sick. Just personal preference. This is a 16 oz trial size:
