This video teaches freestyle rotations. Good rotations are essential in swimming so you will practice rolling from back float to superhero and superhero to back float and then linking them together. The ability to rotate cleanly to your back to breathe (no head lift!) is the basis for your freestyle stroke but also a key safety skill.
ABOUT SPLASH FOUNDATION
We believe everyone should have an opportunity to learn to swim. We are a Hong Kong based charitable organisation that teaches people from under-resourced communities how to swim. By connecting those who can swim with those who want to learn, we offer an opportunity that empowers people and delivers results.
DONATE
It costs just HKD 2,000 (US$250) to teach someone how to swim and be water confident. If you would like to support our work, you can donate here: [ Ссылка ]
