A video captured by journalist Muath Alhams on Thursday showed the decomposing body of a Palestinian hanging from the ruins of a building.

The Palestinian was killed by Israeli forces in the Tal al-Sultan refugee camp in the northwest of Rafah city, which ambulance crews and civil defence personnel were unable to reach for days.
