As reported by WisPolitics.com, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos declared his caucus is "done negotiating" on the shared revenue bill, but a spokesperson for Tony Evers says Gov. Evers hasn't signed off on any of the amendments Republicans have added to the bill. And Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu, R-Oostburg, had yet to share his thoughts on the proposal, which passed the Assembly 56-36. Vos called the proposal a "historic" deal. But Assembly Minority Leader Greta Neubauer and other Dems criticized the process as too rushed during yesterday's floor debate, arguing it had too many unnecessary restrictions that would hurt municipalities.
