4. KSHĀNTIHI (TITIKSHĀ)
Swami Aparajitananda defines the value, its three types and who can do it. To clarify the glory of the virtue and its effect on subtlety of mind, adverse case study and examples from Purānas are discussed in detail.
Topic: HOW TO PRACTISE AND WHY? is explained with respect to Jñānī and seekers. Importance of DESHA-KĀLA-PĀTRA to decide when it is vice or virtue is logically explained. That laws are obeyed through respect or fear of pain is also discussed.
5. ĀRJAVAM
The virtue is defined and discussed from point of benefits, impression, talent v/s character and with examples of Mahātmās and durātmās and various famous personalities.
It is derived that Value goes beyond nationality and religion. In confusing situations, one should act as per intellectual conviction. How Kūtanīti is a virtue is also discussed.
