Hello everyone! Today we will focus on opening our hips, stretching into the inner groins, thighs and side body in order to promote our sexual health. We will finish with an inversion in order to bring the blood flow down to the internal organs.
Usually in yin yoga we hold the poses for an extended period of time, somewhere from 2 to 5 mins, this is a shorter sequence ideal for when you are short on time. You don't need any props for this class.
