Ingredients:
For Tandoori Chicken
• 1kg Chicken
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Roast Cumin powder
• 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala powder ( Mixed spices )
• 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
• 2 tsp Roasted crushed Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp Chat Masala
• Pinch of Food colour
• 3 tbsp Curd
• 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp Oil

For Biryani
• 1kg Golden Rice ( soaked for 2hrs )
• 3 chopped Onion
• 6-7 Green Chillies
• 2 chopped Tomatoes
• Fresh Mint & Coriander leaves
• 2 pieces Cinnamon stick
• 3 Green Cardamom
• 4 Cloves
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Yellow Chilli powder / Red chilli powder
• 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 4 tsp Salt ( for Rice )
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• Pinch of Food colour
