Noise Sensitivity in Autism is a common problem for us and there are so many benefits in reducing noise around us. Wearing headphones is an option but, sometimes, we need a more discreet solution. Recently, I had to replace the set I have been using and found a pair that helped me stay longer at social events. It may seem very low-tech and it doesn’t play music, but it can help reduce noise that can help us hear and listen better. I thought this might be helpful for everyone.
