The annual 'Mega Blood Donation Camp' was held on 21st April 2024 in Mumbai and at various locations across Maharashtra and India. 14,000+ blood units were collected at the camp. Donors participated in large numbers despite the soaring summer heat. The participation of blood donors and the tireless efforts of blood banks and volunteers helped make the camp a great success.
The Aniruddha's Academy of Disaster Management, Dilasa Medical Trust & Rehabilitation Centre, Aniruddha Samarpan Pathak & allied organisations have organised the camp every year since 1999. This year, the camp achieved a cumulative total donation of 2,00,000 units of blood.
