the meramec river is flooding valley park missouri, near record high water expected. the intersection of highway 141 and interstate 44 is underwater and expected to rise another 10 feet. local businesses are preparing by sand bagging and putting up barriers for the water. watch the water spill onto the highway in one scene while other scenes show the flooded intersection.
