More than 200 people are missing and 24 people have died after a ferry crashes into a cargo ship and sinks in the Philippines. Divers have been searching for bodies in the ferry, which sank on Friday, minutes after the crash just outside the port of Cebu.
The Philippine coastguard said the ferry had requested a change in its approach to port minutes before the accident, but it was unclear if the cargo vessel had agreed. Report by Lindsay Brown.
