I just did this today on reddit.
I was trying to setup my wife's chromebook and was googling something on reddit when a notification message appeared and I accidentally clicked "Allow"

If you want to easily remove this notification... then while you're at the website:
1. Click on the left side of the URL Address bar where you see the "Lock" icon.
2. You will see an option for Notifications (with bell icon to left). There will be a dropdown set to "Allow"
3. Click on the notifications dropdown and select "block"

Voila.. your done on chrome disabling or blocking the notification for that website.
