Demonstration of how to easily rotate the Dynafit Rotation (or Radical 2.0) heel from uphill mode to downhill mode with a ski pole. The simple trick of flipping back into the middle heel lifter is the key! Super easy after that, and relatively little force / torque is needed to rotate the heel after that. The LEFT ski pole must be used for both heels, and the right ski must be slid back at least several inches in order to gain enough clearance around one's body to make the rotation.
