Turning ocean waste into sunglasses -- how a problem made worse by COVID-19 has also presented an opportunity. Based in Cornwall in South West England, Waterhaul uses discarded fishing nets and ocean plastic to make sunglasses, which are then sold to fund the removal of more plastic. An estimated eight million tonnes of plastic ends up in the sea every year, and it's thought to make up 80% of all marine debris.
