Practicing Cultural Integration – Learning from the experience of a Chinese Woman Navigating White Culture
As a person from a demographic that has been marginalized, what are some of the pathways to healing, integration and empowerment? In this program, Spring Cheng will share her stories and learning as a Chinese woman navigating a culture of oppression and developing a style of mindful leadership along the way. She will be interviewed by her partner Joe Shirley.
Spring Cheng, PhD. Co-Founder of the Resonance Path Institute and creator of the Living Resonance Leadership MA/PhD program at Ubiquity University. Spring innovates in the field of leadership through reinterpreting the ancient wisdom sourced from I Ching, while enlivening it through music, embodied ritual and personal stories.
Joe Shirley. Co-Founder of the Resonance Path Institute. Joe has developed Feelingwork, an approach that connects us with our innate source of vitality and wholeness, supporting us in navigating through the most difficult terrain of our inner world. He is now developing psychotopology, a new, first-person science of subjective experience.
