In today's video I'll be showing you how to air fry battered chicken wings in a Weber Kettle.


I was set the challenge of replicating fried battered chicken wings. I think I met this challenge and smashed it.

INGREDIENTS: - MEAT

* Wings - I used the flats but it's up to you what you want to use. As long as you can turn them through the cook.








INGREDIENTS: - THE BATTER

* 1/2 a cup of plain flour (yes I said a cup but I usually make a bigger batch and halved the ingredients for this video and forgot to state that with the flour.


* 1/4 cup of corn flour


* 4 and a 1/2 teaspoons of seasoning (I used Suck Knuckle Smokers - Knuckle Duster)


* 300 mil of buttermilk
