I have been struggling to fix this since this summer I sent it to Apple and they said they couldn’t reproduce the problem when they tried. So they sent it back to me, the said they reset the while thing. It worked for a few weeks but the problem has returned.... I just wish they could figure out how to fix the problem or provide me with a new ipad. ughhh
