INGREDIENTS
54 Oz Sour Cabbage Leaves – jarred, drained, rinsed
2 lb Ground Pork
1 Yellow Onion – finely diced
1 Cup Basmati Rice – uncooked
1⁄4 Cup Fresh Italian Parsley – chopped
1⁄4 Cup Fresh Dill – chopped
2 tsp Dried Thyme
1⁄2 tsp Kosher Salt
4 Cups Tomato Juice
15 Slices Thick Cut Bacon- sliced into smaller pieces
Sour Cream and Mashed Potatoes or Polenta for Serving.
