Recently, the president of the OAKK Construction company that Tiffany Henyard worked with, (featured in this video from a Board of Trustees meeting), Alex Nitchoff awaits sentencing after pleading guilty in January to bribing a Cook County assessor’s office employee for property tax breaks.
The subpoenas served to Village of Dolton named Oakk Construction as a business they would be looking into.
In the meeting, a representative was sent on behalf of Oakk Construction, Johnny, who admitted and took the blame for "accidentally" sending residents the letters of their intent to place tax liens on their properties for the village's non-payment of their services rendered.
The most surprising part to me, is Tiffany Henyard admitting there are NO CONTRACTS!
