Breakfast Casserole or simple breakfast sandwiches
• 1 dozen eggs
• Package of pre-cooked bacon (crumbled)
• Package of pre-cooked sausage patties
• Cut up peppers and onions
• English muffins
• Bag of Extra sharp cheddar
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 and grease the bottom and sides of a baking dish.


Bake for 40 minutes at 400.
Remove from oven and pour cheese over top. Place back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into slices and serve on toasted English muffins
