We visited the Valley of Fire State Park in the month of March and had a great time. The temperatures were mild and cool...perfect hiking weather. This park is about a one-hour drive from Las Vegas and is located in Moapa Valley, Nevada.

The vibrant red rocks of sandstone and limestone, ancient petroglyphs, and sweeping desert vistas made for an epic hiking experience.
