• AC Carrier and I saw the Rod Stewart show in 2015. Tonight is his 191st show at Caesar's...13 years.
• Very enjoyable show once again, but if you look back our pictures from January 31, 2015 to show how much younger we looked and also how much younger he looked.
• No seat more than 145 feet from the stage.
• “Rod Stewart: The Hits” features a hits-packed setlist including, “You Wear It Well,” “Maggie May,” “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy,” “The First Cut is the Deepest,” “Tonight’s the Night,” “Every Picture Tells A Story,” “Infatuation,” and “Forever Young.”
• Sir Rod Stewart is one of the best-selling artists ever, with over 250 million records and singles sold worldwide.
EARLIER TODAY:
• Peter Luger’s is a Williamsburg, Brooklyn, classic, newly in Las Vegas. Under Sol Forman family management, the restaurant has been rated the top steakhouse in New York since 1984, has earned itself a Michelin Star, and has joined the ranks of American classics.
• Peter Luger's steaks are massive and sliced, served in butter with a steak for one being a bone-in New York strip for $72 and a steak for two clocking in at about $145.
• We had wedge salads with fat bacon, loaded baked potatoes with fat bacon, steak and chicken, and the martinis had hand-stuffed blue cheese olives and Bryan really liked the Luxardo cherries in his Manhattan.
• Everybody's on weird time here because of so many international travelers and also because tonight's Formula 1 Las Vegas 2023 trials start at 8:30 PM, so we had dinner at 4:30 PM and our show is at 6:30 PM.
• Our route here took us through Bellagio Conservatory to Caesars Palace...
• We walked from Twista-Vista at Veer Towers, CityCenter - Las Vegas, through Crystals @ City Center, then Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Miracle Mile Shops Las Vegas, Cromwell Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, The LINQ, Harrah's Las Vegas, Las Vegas Monorail, MGM Grand Las Vegas, Park MGM (Las Vegas) and home.
• We rode the monorail from Harrah's to MGM Grand to complete our loop.
